How To Apply

 

The 2017-18 Award covers the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. The 2017-18 Award is now accepting applications and nominations.  Deadline for submission is 30 June 2018.

Application by Employers


Employers wishing to apply for the Award can simply submit the application online.

Online Submission
1. Click here to access or download the application form.
2. Fill in the application form using Adobe Reader 11 or later versions. The software can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Reader website.
3. Press “Submit” after completing the form. You can also “Save” or “Print” the form for your records before submitting the application, if needed.
4. The completed form will be attached to an auto-generated email and submitted to the MPFA direct. Please attach any other supporting documents to the email, if needed, and then press “Send”.

Other Application Methods


Employers can also submit the application form, with any other supporting documents, by the following methods:
By email to goodMPFemployer@mpfa.org.hk;
By fax to 2259 8353; or
In person or by post to the External Affairs Division, MPFA, Level 8, Tower 1, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung. Please write “Application for the Good MPF Employer” on the envelope.
 

Nomination by Employees


Employees may nominate their employers for the Award by completing and submitting the nomination form to the MPFA. Upon receipt of the nomination, the MPFA will contact the nominated employers to confirm their interest in the Award.

If a nominated employer is granted the Award, the employee who made the nomination will receive a souvenir from the MPFA as a token of appreciation.

Complaint Handling and Delisting


If a complaint is received by the MPFA regarding the Award granted to an individual employer and the complaint is found to be substantiated, the MPFA reserves the right to delist the employer from the awardee list on the website and suspend its right to use the Award logo.
