How To Apply


The 2016-17 Award covers the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2017.   The 2016-17 Award is now accepting applications and nominations.  Deadline for submission is 30 June 2017.
 

Application by Employers


Any employer who is interested in the Award may submit an application to the MPFA using the application form. Please click here to learn more about the eligibility of the Award before filling in the form.
 

Nomination by Employees


Employees may nominate their employers for the Award by completing and submitting the nomination form to the MPFA. Upon receipt of the nomination, the MPFA will contact the nominated employers to confirm their interest in the Award.


If a nominated employer is granted the Award, the employee who made the nomination will receive a souvenir from the MPFA as a token of appreciation.

Complaint Handling and Delisting


If a complaint is received by the MPFA regarding the Award granted to an individual employer and the complaint is found to be substantiated, the MPFA reserves the right to delist the employer from the awardee list on the website and suspend its right to use the Award logo.
