MPFA to continue special work arrangement

In view of the latest novel coronavirus situation, the MPFA continues to provide limited services to the public until 16 February.

The offices of MPFA, situated in Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong and Sheung Wan, including the customer service counters, will remain closed. The MPFA’s telephone enquiry hotline (2918 0102) will provide service from 11am to 3pm from Monday to Friday this week. During this period, members of the public can continue to make enquiries through email (mpfa@mpfa.org.hk), or leave a message in the voice mail of the hotline and/or the email inbox for follow-up by MPFA. Useful MPF information and many frequently asked questions are also available in the MPFA website (www.mpfa.org.hk) for reference.

Making reference to the government guidelines, the MPFA will continue the special work arrangement, with some staff returning office to handle time-critical/ essential work while others working from home, so as to reduce the risk of people gathering. The MPFA endeavours to reduce inconvenience to the public while safeguarding the health of the public and staff at the same time.

The MPFA will closely monitor the situation and announce further arrangement in due course.
