We do not normally request any personal data via this website. However, if you sign up for the subscription service or contact us via the e-mail link on the website, it may be necessary for you to furnish some personal data, such as e-mail address or telephone number. Any such information that you provide will only be used by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (“MPFA”) for the purpose of sending you news updates or responding to your enquiries, and will be retained for such period as may be necessary for the proper discharge of MPFA's functions.
Personal data submitted in making a complaint to MPFA will be used, disclosed or transferred only for purposes related to the complaint (e.g. it may be required to be disclosed to the employer or MPF approved trustee against whom a complaint has been made) or where permitted by law. If the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, consideration of the complaint may be affected.
