The Management Board

The Management Board is the governing body of the MPFA. It currently consists of 11 non-executive directors and 5 executive directors, all appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR. The Chairman is appointed from among the non-executive directors, while the Managing Director is appointed from among the executive directors. The Management Board is responsible for making decisions on key corporate strategies and policies, approving the corporate plan and budget of the MPFA, and ensuring that business operations are properly planned, authorized, undertaken and monitored.
