However, if you subscribe to the e-alert service or contact us via the e-mail link on the website, it may be necessary for you to furnish some personal data, such as e-mail address or telephone number. Any such information that you provide will only be used by the MPFA for the purpose of sending you news updates, or responding to your enquiries and will be retained for such period as may be necessary for the proper discharge of the MPFA's functions.

Personal Data submitted in making a complaint to the MPFA will be used, disclosed or transferred only for purposes related to the complaint (e.g. it may be required to be disclosed to the employer or MPF approved trustee against whom a complaint has been made) or where permitted by law. Access and Correction
If you wish to request access to and/or correction of your Personal Data held by the MPFA, you may do so in writing addressed to the Data Privacy Officer, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Level 16, International Commerce Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  All data access requests should be made using the Data Access Request Form (No. OPS003).
