Approved MPF trustees are entrusted with overall responsibilities for the administration and management of MPF schemes. While they may delegate part of their functions to other service providers, they have to comply with the provisions of the MPF legislation, discharge their responsibilities with due care, and exercise their fiduciary duties as required.
