Compliance Standards

To ensure smooth operation of the MPF System, the MPFA seeks to promote good corporate governance, proper risk management and a strong compliance culture among the approved trustees. In July 2005, the MPFA issued a set of Compliance Standards for the guidance of approved trustees, to assist them in developing a structured framework for monitoring compliance with their statutory duties and responsibilities.
