Enforcement

If MPFA detected any breaches of the ORSO, it may take actions against the following:

• non-compliant ORSO schemes 
• employers, trustees and administrators of the schemes
• any persons committing offences under the ORSO 

MPFA may take one or more of the following measures:

• criminal prosecutions
• cancellation of registrations 
• withdrawal of exemption certificates
• applying for court orders to freeze assets
• application to court for winding up the scheme
• issuance of compliance advice letters
