Good MPF Employers – Care for Your Better Future

Introduction
Since its inception in 2015, MPFA has been honouring nearly 3,700 employers to date. In the recently concluded 2024–25, a total of 2,378 companies/organisations, collectively employing over 330,000 employees, were recognized as “Good MPF Employers”, which reflects an increasing number of employers value the importance of providing extra retirement protection for their employees.
Objectives of the Award:
To promote and foster employer compliance with MPF legislation
To encourage employers to provide better retirement protection for their employees
To recognize employers who are exemplary in enhancing the retirement protection of their employees

Since its launch in June 2024, the eMPF™ Platform has been transforming the landscape of MPF administration. By the end of April this year, the final MPF scheme will be onboarded, marking the Platform’s full operation. Taking this opportunity, the MPFA will temporarily suspend the Good MPF Employer Award (GMEA) for a thorough and forward-looking review of the programme. This will ensure that the programme not only aligns perfectly with the transformative digital environment ushered in by the eMPF but also sets a new benchmark for innovation and efficiency that the eMPF inspires. The revamped GMEA will be more effective in recognizing exemplary employers in the new MPF era, thereby continuing to promote the collaborative efforts of employers and employees in fostering a win-win situation. We will announce the details in due course.
Companies/organizations recognized as “Good MPF Employer 2024-25” in end 2025 may continue using the GMEA award title(s) and logo until further notice.
