Organized by MPFA, the Good MPF Employer Award marked its 11th anniversary with the theme “Great Job, Boss! Time to shine for putting your employees first!”. This year, both the number of applications and nominations, as well as the number of awardees, set new records. A total of 2,476 applications and nominations were received, while 2,378 employers - collectively employing over 330,000 employees - were recognised, representing a 3% increase over last year. A record 62 employers were named Best All-round MPF Employers, the highest number since the Award’s inception. Additionally, 266 companies/organizations participated for the first time and received the Award, accounting for around 11% of all awardees. This indicates a growing number of employers are willing to go the extra mile in enhancing retirement protection for their employees.

MPFA has produced a 10-episode video series titled “Good MPF Employers – Care for Your Better Future”. In addition to remarks by MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and Managing Director Mr Cheng Yan-chee, the series feature interviews with eight selected awardees ranging from major corporations, SMEs to non-profit organization. They share how they embed retirement protection measures in their unique corporate cultures, thereby building a positive reputation through effective communication and concrete actions to attract and retain talent. 

Furthermore, the “Great Job, Boss! Fun Snap Day” was held to recognise the achievements of all awarded companies/organizations.
