MPFA to resume customer counter service from 25 April

In view of the gradual subsiding of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MPFA will resume its customer counter service at its offices in Kwai Chung and Kwun Tong from 25 April. Members of the public can make appointments for the MPFA’s customer counter service through the MPFA hotline, 2918 0102. Please also note that the customer counter located at Nam Fung Tower in Sheung Wan will be closed with immediate effect due to lease expiry.

To safeguard the health of members of the public and MPFA staff, the MPFA offices have implemented the “Vaccine Pass” arrangement. All persons entering MPFA’s offices are required to have received COVID-19 vaccine and to provide the relevant record. The MPFA will also continue to follow the advice of the Centre for Health Protection to implement social distancing and other precautionary measures at its offices, including checking body temperature, using the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app and wearing surgical masks. Members of the public must strictly follow the MPFA’s infection-prevention guidelines during their visit.

To achieve a more efficient and better customer service experience, the MPFA urges members of the public to make enquiries via email at mpfa@mpfa.org.hk, the chatbot on the MPFA website (www.mpfa.org.hk), or the MPFA hotline 2918 0102 as far as possible, instead of visiting MPFA offices in person. Useful MPF information and frequently asked questions are available on the MPFA website for reference. The MPFA also encourages MPF scheme members to make use of the MPFA’s digital tools to manage their MPF, such as the e-Enquiry of Personal Account (ePA) platform or its mobile app, and the one-stop MPF Fund Platform or its mobile app.
