MPF System – An integral part in securing our future (3 November 2021)
To promote the MPF System and the work of MPFA in the international and regional arena, MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Lau delivered a welcome keynote address at the APIC-REGIONAL Pension Funds and Social Security Systems Summit today (3 Nov), recapping the achievements of the MPF System in the past two decades on various fronts and sharing the roadmap for future reforms as well as the latest development of the eMPF Platform project.
Mrs Lau emphasized that we must count on the continuous support of all stakeholders, including the Government, scheme members, employers, the industry as well as all MPFA colleagues, together to build a retirement savings system that Hong Kong people can be proud of.
“Together. For better.” With the concerted efforts of all stakeholders concerned, more can be achieved in the future for a secure retirement of the working population, Mrs Lau added.
