MPFA Chairman meets with various LegCo Members to exchange views on MPF (22 February 2022)
MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau met with Legislative Council members via two online meetings today (22 February 2022).

Mrs Lau met and exchanged views with Hon Rock Chen and Hon Edmund Wong of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB), followed by another session with Professor Hon Nelson Lam, Hon Lam San-keung, and Hon Louis Loong. At the meetings, Mrs Lau introduced, among other topics, the latest progress of the eMPF Platform project and new initiatives to enhance MPF investment. Mrs Lau emphasized that the ultimate mission of the MPFA would be focused on enhancing the retirement protection of the working population in Hong Kong.

Mrs Lau thanks for the invaluable views and suggestions offered by the Members, which help the MPFA formulate long-term strategies. She wishes to continue communicating regularly with Legislative Council Members and different stakeholders to listen to their ideas for further refining the MPF System.
