Employer representatives consulted on the eMPF Platform’s front-end portal (26 - 29 April 2022)

To ensure the eMPF Platform will meet the employers’ needs, MPFA senior management including Chief Operating Officer Leo Chu and Director (External Affairs) Jonathan Ho, together with representatives of eMPF Platform Company and the contractor of the eMPF Platform Project, met with around 120 members of the Employers' Federation of Hong Kong and Good MPF Employer Award awardees via four virtual meetings this week. During the meetings, the team shared the latest development of the eMPF Platform project, demonstrated the common functions of employers’ user interface, and listened to their views on employer’s user interface with an aim to facilitate the contractor to perfect the Platform design.

The MPFA thanked the participants for their valuable comments which would be duly assessed for incorporating into the design of the user interface of the eMPF Platform where appropriate. Upon the full launch of eMPF Platform, employers could manage their MPF administration via electronic devices anytime and anywhere, substantially saving operational costs and time, and with significantly enhanced accuracy for minimizing unintentional human errors.
