MPFA cares about the views of grassroots workers on the user interface of the eMPF Platform (19 Jul 2022)

MPFA attaches great importance to the views of working population on the MPF System, particularly the voices from grassroots workers.  In a bid to ensure the eMPF Platform could meet the needs of different users, MPFA met with the representatives of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Industrial Relations Institute on 19 July, to share the latest development of the eMPF Platform project and to consult them on the design of the user interface mock-up of the Platform.

In addition to today’s meeting, the MPFA and the eMPF Platform project team conducted over 100 consultation sessions in the past half year, where we met with different grassroots groups, community organizations and labour unions, including Society for Community Organization, HKSKH Lady Maclehose Centre, the Hong Kong Society for The Deaf, the Society of Social Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong Community Network – Link Centre, the Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions and the Federation of Hong Kong and Kowloon Labour Unions, etc., so as to understand the views of the grassroots workers and underprivileged groups on the user interface and experience of the eMPF Platform.
