Get ready for the new MPF digital era (11 Nov 2022)
MPFA Acting Chief Operating Officer Ms Cynthia Hui was the speaker of a webinar earlier (11 Nov) where about 400 human resources practitioners, employers’ representatives and industry practitioners attended. At the webinar, she shared the benefits and the latest development of the eMPF Platform project.
Ms Hui said that the MPFA, eMPF Platform Company and the project team would provide a full range of support to all users to help them adapt to the Platform, including providing trainings for human resources practitioners, organizing workshops for grassroots workers, providing educational materials, setting up hotlines and service centres, etc.
She also encouraged employers to get prepared for the launch of the eMPF Platform, including following the latest news on the Platform from MPFA, maintaining communications with trustees and employees, reviewing relevant internal processes and human resources systems and prepare for the software upgrade, so as to ensure a smooth transition to the Platform.
