MPFA Chairman listens to views of the visually impaired (12 April 2024)

 

MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and MPFA colleagues last Friday (12 Apr) met with representatives of the Hong Kong Blind Union (HKBU) to introduce the latest updates on MPF, share the development of the eMPF Platform project and listen to their views on various topics related to MPF and retirement protection.

 

 

 

 

When introducing the key features of the eMPF Platform, Mrs Lau said that the design of the Platform had taken into consideration of relevant guidelines on web accessibility features. She added that the project team would continue to enhance web accessibility so as to facilitate the use of the Platform by the visually impaired and people with different needs. She called on HKBU’s continuous collaboration in promoting MPF rights and the eMPF Platform to the visually impaired with a view to enhancing their retirement protection and facilitating their management of MPF.
