eMPF Standing User Group collects feedback from MPF intermediaries (30 April 2025)

MPFA has established the eMPF Platform Standing User Group, inviting representatives of employers, employees, and MPF intermediaries to provide feedback on the Platform from the user perspective.  A trial use/ demonstration session was held on Wednesday (30 Apr) for MPF intermediaries from Principal Trust Company (Asia) Limited, which is scheduled for onboarding the eMPF on 7 May, to introduce the key functions and enhancements of the Platform.

MPFA Director (External Affairs) Jonathan Ho thanked the MPF intermediaries for participating in this session and added that intermediaries are well positioned to interact with many employers and scheme members during their day to day work. He hoped that after gaining a deeper understanding of the eMPF, they will be better equipped to assist employers and scheme members by guiding them in registering for and using the eMPF. The participating MPF intermediaries actively provided user feedback on Platform’s features and usability during the meeting. He appealed to intermediaries’ activity participation in relevant training programmes and joint hands with the eMPF project team to promote eMPF to employers and scheme members.
