eMPF Platform – managing MPF administration work on one-stop Platform (8 May 2025)
MPFA Director (Enforcement) Diana Lau attended a seminar on 8 May, introducing the benefits and functions of the eMPF Platform to tenants in a shopping mall as well as sharing the latest onboarding schedule of the Platform.
Lau stated that the eMPF Platform standardizes, streamlines, and automates the administration work of MPF schemes, enabling employers to handle their company’s MPF administrative tasks in a one-stop manner, including contributions, employee management, and termination of employees, etc.
She also introduced the support services offered by the MPFA, the eMPF Platform Company and the contractor, such as dedicated contribution inquiry hotline, and training sessions for human resources practitioners and MPF administrative personnel. The eMPF Outreach Team will also continue providing one-on-one support services to employers, to ensure a smooth transition to the Platform.
