eMPF - manage your MPF with ease (28 Aug 2025)
MPFA’s Director (Information Technology) Helen Choi and Senior Legal Counsel Sonia Lam attended eMPF webinars organized by a trustee on 19 Aug and 28 Aug respectively, to introduce the functions and the benefits of the eMPF Platform to their staff.
Choi said that scheme members can view their MPF account balance, switch funds and consolidate accounts via the eMPF mobile app or web portal, providing a more convenient way to manage MPF.
Lam said that eMPF can further reduce the administration cost, and is expected to achieve a 57% to 65% reduction in fees over 10 years, effectively increasing the net investment returns for scheme members.
