MPFA Chairman encourages grassroots women to understand more about managing MPF (16 September 2025)
MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau met with representatives of the Hong Kong Federation of Women's Centres and grassroots women on 16 Sep. Through an interactive game on MPF investment management, they introduced the key features of Default Investment Strategy (DIS) and the latest development of the eMPF Platform, encouraging participants to understand more about managing MPF.
Mrs Lau introduced the three key features of DIS, namely automatic de-risking, fee cap and globally diversified investment. It serves as a viable investment option for scheme members who lack the time or investment knowledge to manage their MPF.
Mr Lau pointed out that the eMPF has entered the final phase of onboarding. Upon completion, all scheme members will be able to experience the convenience of managing their MPF digitally via this one-stop electronic platform.
