MPFA makes available multi-channel supports for MPF intermediaries (22 September 2025)
MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau attended a seminar for intermediaries on the eMPF Platform hosted by an MPF trustee on 22 September, highlighting that the eMPF would not only help reduce MPF administration fees, directly benefiting employees, but would also enable intermediaries to provide faster and better services to their clients through this electronic platform.
He also mentioned that MPFA and the eMPF Platform Company will continue to work closely with MPF trustees to support intermediaries through various channels, including setting up eMPF consultation counters at trustee offices to offer practical guidance and technical support. At the same time, arranging live consultations to provide more flexible methods to help intermediaries embrace the new digital era of MPF will also be considered.
