MPFA Chairman shares the latest developments of the MPF System with Chairmen of MPF trustees (8 October 2025)
MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau led the senior management team of the MPFA and eMPF Platform Company in a meeting with Chairmen and representatives of MPF trustees on 8 October. The participants received the latest updates on the MPF System and exchanged ideas on ways to further enhance the MPF.

The meeting provided an update on the latest progress of the eMPF Platform project and an opportunity to discuss key regulatory matters, including the review of the Default Investment Strategy (DIS), implementation of MPF full portability, sustainable investing in MPF, and value-for-money assessment of MPF funds.

Mrs Lau expressed her gratitude to the trustees for their continued support and vital contributions to the eMPF Platform project. She underscored the critical need for ongoing collaboration between the eMPF Platform and MPF trustees to effectively address the evolving needs of the working population of Hong Kong.
