MPFA Chairman thanks the frontline social workers for participating the eMPF Ambassador train-the-trainers session (9 October 2025)

MPFA held an eMPF Ambassador train-the-trainers session for eConnect Employment Network yesterday (9 Oct). Speaking at the training session, MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau expressed their gratitude to the frontline social workers for their active participation in the session for becoming “eMPF Ambassadors”. They took the opportunity to introduce the Default Investment Strategy to the participants and listened to their views on MPF. Meanwhile, the eMPF Outreach Team provided on-site assistance with eMPF registration.

Mrs Lau said that the eMPF is user-friendly with a full range of functions, equipped with digital accessibility features that could accommodate users with diverse needs, enabling them to easily manage their MPF anytime, anywhere through a single platform using their mobile phone or computer.

In addition, Mr Lau stated that the fee-reduction impact of eMPF has become increasingly evident. He called on non-governmental organizations to join hands in promoting the Platform and assisting people with special needs in using eMPF.

The eConnect Employment Network consists of eight non-governmental organizations all dedicated to providing comprehensive employment support for people with disabilities and offering employment channels and support for employers.
