MPFA organizes an eMPF trial use/ demonstration session for HKIPGU (11 November 2025)
The MPFA hosted a trial use / demonstration session of the eMPF Platform for members of the Hong Kong Insurance Practitioners General Union (HKIPGU) on 11 November, providing an in-depth introduction to the employer portal and assistant portal of the eMPF, with hands-on trial use.

MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau thanked HKIPGU for its support to the eMPF. He said that MPFA, the eMPF Platform Company, and the project contractor will continue to offer diversified support services to MPF intermediaries, helping them get familiar with the eMPF and better serve employers and scheme members.
Lau also emphasized that the eMPF will not replace the role of MPF intermediaries, but will create new opportunities for them. The Platform will enable MPF intermediaries to expand their business by delivering high value-added services to clients, such as wealth management and retirement planning.
He also encouraged the participants to cast vote at the Legislative Council Election on 7 December.
