MPFA encourages frontline MPF trustee staff to jointly promote the eMPF (20 November 2025)
MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau attended an event on the eMPF Platform, organized by an MPF trustee on 20 November, to share with the trustee’s frontline staff the benefits of eMPF and the latest usage statistics.

Lau said that, as of mid-November, the eMPF recorded over 1.2 million registered users and processed more than 2.4 million transaction instructions, with around 65% completed electronically, demonstrating the over smooth and stable operation of the eMPF. He added that frontline staff of trustees play a critical role in supporting employers and scheme members during the transition to the eMPF, and encouraged them to join hands in its promotion. MPFA will continue to work closely with trustees and provide various forms of support to help them and their clients better understand and use the eMPF.

He also took the opportunity to encourage participants to cast vote at the Legislative Council Election on 7 December.
