eMPF - A one-stop electronic platform for easier MPF management (11 December 2025)
MPFA Director (Information Technology) Helen Choi attended a briefing on eMPF organized by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) on 11 December, to share the major functions and benefits of the eMPF with accounting professionals.
Choi said that MPF administration is moving into a new digital era that is simpler and more efficient with the launch of the eMPF. Employers can manage contributions electronically, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing manual errors, while employees can manage their MPF in a one-stop manner via eMPF mobile app or web portal, helping to enhance the efficiency and user experience of MPF management as well as drive down administrative fees.
