MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Mr Wallace Lau, along with representatives from the eMPF Outreach Team, recently attended the council meeting of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Employees General Union (the Union)  to introduce the functions of eMPF dedicated for the Industry Schemes and invite the Union to join hand in encouraging construction workers to use eMPF.

Mrs Lau highlighted that MPFA works closely with different stakeholders in the construction sector to provide tailored support to employers and workers, helping them use eMPF. She added that MPFA will continue to promote the eMPF, including deploying the eMPF Fleet to visit construction sites to promote eMPF and assist construction workers with on-site registration.

At the same occasion, Mr Lau added that the two Industry Schemes specifically for the construction and catering industries will onboard eMPF in March and April, enabling construction workers to manage their MPF with ease through eMPF.
