MPFA Chief Operating Officer Cynthia Hui delivered a keynote speech at the spring luncheon hosted by the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA) on 6 March. During the event, she shared the major achievements of the MPF System over the past 25 years and its latest developments with around 100 participants. 

Cynthia highlighted that through the MPFA’s dedicated efforts and the active cooperation of the industry over the past quarter century, the MPF System has been developing steadily and has gained international recognition. She reaffirmed the MPFA’s commitment to upholding the principle of prioritizing scheme members’ interests. She also stressed that the MPFA will continue to actively pursue reforms to enhance the efficiency and adequacy of the MPF System, thereby strengthening scheme members’ retirement savings. 

She also thanked the industry for their continued support, and looked forward to continuous collaboration with them to further enhance the MPF System and build an “MPF for a better future”.
