MPFA joins hands with “Good MPF Employers” and trustees for striding the new era of MPF (20 March 2026)
MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau recently attended the “Good MPF Employer Award” recognition luncheon organized by an MPF trustee. He thanked the employers and the trustee for their support of MPFA’s “Good MPF Employer Award” and shared the latest statistics of the eMPFTM at the event.
Lau said that since the launch of the eMPF in June 2024, encouraging progress has been made in digital transformation. To date, the eMPF has processed over 8.5 million transactions, of which more than 70% were submitted via digital means. He hoped to continue working closely with trustees to encourage higher eMPF digital adoption, further reducing administrative costs and directly benefiting scheme members. He added that MPFA, the eMPF Platform Company and the contractor will continue enhancing the eMPF’s service standards, including increasing customer service manpower and strengthening training for frontline staff, with a view to providing faster and more convenient support to scheme members and employers.
