MPFA promotes digital inclusion by donating computers to ethnic minorities (26 March 2026)
MPFA launched a “laptop computer donation programme” co-organized with Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, providing laptops to ethnic minority job seekers. The programme was made up of three employment training workshops to help participants better prepare for their career development. During the workshops, MPFA provided Urdu interpretation for participant.

One of the workshops was held on 26 March with MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau attending in person to interact with participants through a quiz, helping them enhance their understanding of MPF.

Mrs Lau encouraged the participants to make good use of the laptops to access eMPFTM, which could help them manage their MPF accounts effectively. She also suggested scheme members who have no time or are less familiar with investment to consider the Default Investment Strategy - a simple, ready-made and low-fee investment option.
