MPFA continues to refine the eMPF and the MPF System (30 April 2026)
MPFA Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Wallace Lau delivered a keynote speech at the Rotary Club of Hong Kong North luncheon on 30 Apr 2026. During the event, he engaged with leaders from various sectors and shared the reform journey and achievements of the MPF System over the past 25 years, as well as the latest developments of the eMPFTM.

Lau said that all MPF schemes had been onboarded onto the eMPF, marking its full operation. The eMPF project team will continue to enhance its services and support, with a view to encouraging both employees and employers to register and use the eMPF. This will enable more users to experience the convenience of managing their MPF electronically in the “New Digital Era”, while further enjoying the reduction in MPF administrative fees. MPFA will continue to refine and enhance the eMPF and the MPF System, with a view to optimizing the MPF.
