MPFA Managing Director Cheng Yan-chee delivered a special address at the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA) 30th Anniversary Symposium, sharing the developments and achievements of the MPF System over the past 25 years, as well as its future direction and key initiatives for further enhancement with over 100 pension professionals from Hong Kong and overseas.

Cheng emphasized that the MPFA has been upholding the principle of putting scheme members’ interests first and has continued to advance various reform initiatives to enhance the MPF System. He expressed his sincere appreciation to HKRSA and the industry for their longstanding efforts and contributions. He looked forward to maintaining close collaboration with all stakeholders to help scheme members strengthen their retirement savings and further reinforce the MPF as an ever stronger pillar in Hong Kong’s retirement protection framework,  and together build “MPF for a better future”.
