MPFA brings eMPF to ethnic minority communities (25 July 2026)

To promote digital inclusion among ethnic minority community and encourage eMPFTM registration, MPFA recently co-organized “Digital Awareness Day” with Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) at the Kowloon Mosque. The event attracted over 250 visitors from diverse cultural backgrounds to learn about eMPF through interactive games.

Speaking at the kick-off ceremony, MPFA Chairman Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau encouraged participants to register eMPF as soon as possible and enjoy the convenience of managing their MPF at their fingertips. She also called on scheme members of diverse racial backgrounds to manage their finances in a positive, responsible and safe manner through the use of eMPF, thereby creating more equal opportunities for all.

An eMPF registration counter was set up to provide on-site support and handle enquiries for the public. The event also featured interactive games and information booths hosted by various public bodies, including the Anti-Scam Coordination Centre, the iAM Smart Mobile Registration Team and the Investor and Financial Education Council, for promoting digital inclusion among participants.
