The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board is an independent review body established under the MPFSO to hear appeals against any decisions of MPFA as specified in Schedule 6 of MPFSO. The chairman, deputy chairman and panel members are appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR. The constitution and powers of the Appeal Board are set out in Part 5 of the MPFSO.
