鄧少寧（鄧）作為附屬中介人，不得：

1. 邀請或誘使，或企圖邀請或誘使另一人作出關鍵決定（即禁止進行《強制性公積金計劃條例》（第485章）（《強積金條例》）第34F(1)(a)條下的受規管活動）；及
2. 就《強積金條例》第34F(5)條指明的事宜（指明事宜）向任何人提供受規管意見，惟在根據《強積金條例》第34X(3)條施加條件前已經與美國萬利理財控股有限公司就指明事宜簽署協議的人士除外，但前提是：
1. 該等協議仍然有效；
2. 指明事宜與該等協議所標明的事宜直接有關；
3. 該等協議屬具體涉及就指明事宜提供受規管意見的類別；及
4. 鄧在提供該等受規管意見前，已向該等人士全面披露本條件所施加的限制，包括該等限制所涵蓋的範圍和影響。

上述禁止事項一直有效，直至另行通知 (生效日期：2025年7月23日)。

Tang Siu Ning (TANG), as a subsidiary intermediary, is prohibited from:

1. inviting or inducing, or attempting to invite or induce, another person to make a material decision (i.e. carrying on regulated activities under section 34F(1)(a) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap 485) (MPFSO) is prohibited); and
2. giving regulated advice in relation to any matter specified in section 34F(5) (Matter) to any person except those who signed agreements with Money Concepts (Asia) Holdings Limited in relation to the Matter before the imposition of the condition under section 34X(3) of the MPFSO, provided that:-
1. such agreements remain in force;
2. the Matter is directly connected with the subject matter of the agreements;
3. the agreements are of a type that specifically relate to the provision of regulated advice in respect of the Matter; and
4. TANG has made full disclosure to these persons about the restrictions imposed by this condition, including the scope and implications of these restrictions, before giving such regulated advice.

This prohibition shall remain in effect until further notice (Effective date: 23 July 2025).
