邓少宁（邓）作为附属中介人，不得：

1. 邀请或诱使，或企图邀请或诱使另一人作出关键决定（即禁止进行《强制性公积金计划条例》（第485章）（《强积金条例》）第34F(1)(a)条下的受规管活动）；及
2. 就《强积金条例》第34F(5)条指明的事宜（指明事宜）向任何人提供受规管意见，惟在根据《强积金条例》第34X(3)条施加条件前已经与美国万利理财控股有限公司就指明事宜签署协议的人士除外，但前提是：
1. 该等协议仍然有效；
2. 指明事宜与该等协议所标明的事宜直接有关；
3. 该等协议属具体涉及就指明事宜提供受规管意见的类别；及
4. 邓在提供该等受规管意见前，已向该等人士全面披露本条件所施加的限制，包括该等限制所涵盖的范围和影响。

上述禁止事项一直有效，直至另行通知 (生效日期：2025年7月23日)。

Tang Siu Ning (TANG), as a subsidiary intermediary, is prohibited from:

1. inviting or inducing, or attempting to invite or induce, another person to make a material decision (i.e. carrying on regulated activities under section 34F(1)(a) of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance (Cap 485) (MPFSO) is prohibited); and
2. giving regulated advice in relation to any matter specified in section 34F(5) (Matter) to any person except those who signed agreements with Money Concepts (Asia) Holdings Limited in relation to the Matter before the imposition of the condition under section 34X(3) of the MPFSO, provided that:-
1. such agreements remain in force;
2. the Matter is directly connected with the subject matter of the agreements;
3. the agreements are of a type that specifically relate to the provision of regulated advice in respect of the Matter; and
4. TANG has made full disclosure to these persons about the restrictions imposed by this condition, including the scope and implications of these restrictions, before giving such regulated advice.

This prohibition shall remain in effect until further notice (Effective date: 23 July 2025).
