- The Financial Secretary has approved MPFA's proposed Corporate Plan for 2026-27, a summary of which is provided above. As for MPFA’s proposed budget for 2026-27 as set out in a paper of Legislative Council Panel on Financial Affairs, the Financial Secretary has also approved it without amendments.
