You may contact our officers through the hotline during office hours for enquiries.

To provide extra support to scheme members and employers, MPFA has extended the hotline service hours. The hotline provides services from 8:45am to 7pm during Monday to Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday (excluding public holidays) until further notice.

Enquiries about MPF account information

With the full implementation of the eMPF Platform, scheme members can register for and log in to eMPF Platform to access and manage all their MPF accounts and related information via a one stop online platform. As such, the previous personal accounts and unclaimed benefits enquiry service has correspondingly ceased operation with effect from 5 October 2026.
