The nomination period for the Good MPF Employer Award 2024-25 (the “Award”) starts from 15 April 2025 to 15 July 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “nomination period”). All nominations should be made within the nomination period.
-
An employee can nominate one employer during the nomination period. An MPF intermediary can nominate more than one client. Both an employee or an MPF intermediary is referred to as a “nominator”. The company/organization being nominated (the “nominee”) should be the current employer or client of the nominator and should fulfil the eligibility of the Award.
-
It is the nominator’s responsibility to obtain prior consent of the nominee’s contact person (as provided in the nomination form) that his/her contact details will be given to the MPFA for the purpose of the Award nomination and related follow up matters as well as other purposes as permitted or required by law. The nominator also agrees that the MPFA may disclose his/her name to the nominee.
-
After receiving the online nomination form, the online nomination system will automatically send an email to the nominee with the name of nominator, nomination reference number, and Award details. The nominee will be invited to submit an application form separately if he/she/it wishes to apply for the Award. The MPFA may contact the nominee to confirm his/her/its interest and eligibility.
-
The nomination is successful if the nominee, which was not an awardee in 2023-24, fulfils the Award criteria and receives the award in 2024-25. The employee who made the successful nomination will receive a gift from the MPFA as a token of appreciation. Each employee is only entitled to one gift. If the successful nomination is made by an MPF intermediary, the MPF intermediary will receive invitations to all core Continuing Professional Development (the “CPD”) trainings (“Core CPD Training(s)”) offered by the MPFA in the calendar year of 2026, during which the MPF intermediary may wish to sign up for one or more Core CPD Training(s) for free.
-
The MPFA will contact the successful nominators individually for the purpose of gift delivery or arrangement of Core CPD Training(s) no later than 31 December 2025.
-
Only one nomination will be accepted for each nominee during the nomination period. If multiple nominations are received for the same nominee during the nomination period, the first nominator (whether or the nominator is an employee or MPF intermediary) who submits a valid nomination form will be eligible to receive the gift (applicable to nominator in employee capacity) or Core CPD Training(s) (applicable to nominator in MPF intermediary capacity).
-
The gift or Core CPD Training(s) is available on a first-come-first served basis, while stocks last for the gift or space is available for the Core CPD Training(s). The gift or Core CPD Training(s) is not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, and the gift is not replaceable in the event of any loss of damage. The MPFA reserves the right to replace the gift or Core CPD Training(s) with any alternative item without prior notice.
-
The MPFA will not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, proceedings or other liabilities incurred or suffered by the nominators or nominees arising from or in connection with the nominations.
-
All decisions made by the MPFA (including the eligibility of the nominees) shall be final.
-
The MPFA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
