How To Apply

The 2019-20 Award covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020. The 2019-20 Award is now accepting applications and nominations. Deadline for submission is 30 June 2020.

Application by Employers

Employers wishing to apply for the Award can simply submit the application online.

Online Application
  1. For the best viewing experience, we recommend using an up-to-date browser such as Internet Explorer 11.
  2. Press “Submit” after completing the form. You can also “Save” or “Print” the form for your record before submitting the application, if needed.
  3. After pressing the "Submit" button, the application will be submitted to the MPFA direct. A message will be displayed with successful application notice and the application reference number. A confirmation email will be sent to you after successful submission. Please provide your business email address while filling out the application at step 1. Employers do not need to call or email the MPFA to further confirm the application.

In person or by post to the External Affairs Division, MPFA, Level 8, Tower 1, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung. Please write “Application for the Good MPF Employer” on the envelope.

Nomination by Employees

Employees may nominate their employers for the Award by completing and submitting the nomination form to the MPFA. Upon receipt of the nomination, the MPFA will contact the nominated employers to confirm their interest in the Award.

If a nominated employer is granted the Award, the employee who made the nomination will receive a souvenir from the MPFA as a token of appreciation.

Complaint Handling and Delisting

If a complaint is received by the MPFA regarding the Award granted to an individual employer and the complaint is found to be substantiated, the MPFA reserves the right to delist the employer from the awardee list on the website and suspend its right to use the Award logo.
