Environmental Protection Charter

The MPFA makes its best endeavours to address, examine and implement, wherever possible, measures for environment protection in order to preserve the environment for the enjoyment and benefit of the present and future generations.

The MPFA strives consciously to integrate all reasonable and practical environment protection measures into its work plans to ensure that MPFA’s operations and activities are conducted in a responsible manner conducive to a green environment.

The successful promotion of a green workplace relies on the joint efforts of the MPFA management and all staff members in taking up the following responsibilities:

  • Promote awareness and consciousness of environment protection and resources conservation;
  • Implement green measures that minimize resources consumption, reduce waste, encourage recycling and conserve energy;
  • Develop and apply environment friendly best practices to all operations as far as practicable; and
  • Implement green procurement in contributing to environment sustainability.

  • Observe green measures and environment friendly best practices and encourage others to do the same;
  • Actively participate in training arranged by the MPFA on environment protection; and
  • Report non-environment friendly behaviour/conditions and give suggestions on improvement.
