In response to the Government’s job creation measures under the second round of Anti-epidemic Fund and to nurture talent for the MPF industry, the MPFA has launched the Employment Support Programme, offering around 50 temporary positions. The temporary positions include 34 positions ranging from research assistants to senior managers in various departments of the MPFA, such as enforcement, member protection and services, product regulation, supervision and other supporting services for a period of 9 or 12 months. The positions are opened for application by both job seekers with relevant experience and fresh graduates of different disciplines.
In addition, around 15 temporary positions for 9 months are also offered to fresh graduates to act as Young Engagement Ambassadors (YEA) who will be responsible for promoting MPF to specific groups such as self-employed persons, ethnic minorities and new arrivals, to enhance their understanding of their MPF rights and obligations. Successful applicants will be given training related to MPF knowledge and publicity skills, and will participate in planning and implementation of public education projects. Through training, planning, practising and outreaching as YEA, the MPFA aims to enhance graduates’ career experience, broaden their horizon, and cultivate an interest and ability to join the MPF industry.
Below is a list of the short-term positions.
