Compliance Standards

To ensure the smooth operation of the MPF System, MPFA seeks to promote good corporate governance, proper risk management and a strong compliance culture among the MPF approved trustees (“Trustees”). In July 2005, MPFA issued a set of Compliance Standards for the guidance of Trustees, to assist them in developing a structured framework for monitoring their compliance with statutory duties and responsibilities.
